It seems to my elder brother that the personnels of the land department are suspected of participating in the work of spy. So, my elder brother urgently gave a phone-call to a legislative councilor of Hong Kong whose surname is Leung. My elder brother try to seek some advice from Legislator Leung. However, it's very disappointing.
