John :  The difference between unconstraint and reservation.  A public lecture is unconstraint to everyone.  However,  a private tutorial is different.  A student must make a reservation in advance of 3 months.

Me: Can I say that a private tutorial is much more precious than a public lecture?

John : Yes,. In the case of private tutorial,  you gotta reserve it in the advance of 3 months or more.   And, your reservation can be in vain or rejected.

Me: "Reservation-required" symbolize preciousness. Unconstraint symbolize valuelessness.
