1) When the oscillator is Down cycle, the value of R1 enter parallel output line.

3) When oscillator is at Down cycle, the value of C1 enter the parallel output line of Cache.

4) When oscillator is at Up cycle, the value C1 enter the gate of the modulator of the oscillator.

1) the modulator is being output.

2) the register is being input.
