Me: I assume that.  Kelvin has a deputy called Mr. Gao. Mr. Gao is at the same time zone of you.  In another words,  Mr. Gao stay in Beijing.  Mr. Gao is an ethnic Chinese. He speaks fluent Chinese.  Yet, he holds a Green Card.

John: Excellent. To let my battery explode, you need a super machine to detect the physical address of the socket of my battery.  This machine must be in New York  . It can't be in Beijing.

Me: Even the America's army don't have such a machine,  not to mention Kelvin's deputy,  e.g., Mr. Gao of Beijing.

John: So, what's going on ?

Me: Actually,  Kelvin let Mr. Gao use a hacker's package.  When Mr. Gao click a button,  a signal will go from Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing to a super machine in New York.  And then,  this super machine in New York will on behalf of Mr. Gao detect the physical address of the socket of your battery.  And then,  this super machine will send a signal to the power plant of Hong Kong.
